A funfilled weekend is planned as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of this Spencer event. Events of the day include: Flight Breakfast at the Northwest Iowa Regional Airport Also on display will be the University of Iowa Mobile Museum from 7am to 11am. River Float Check In at Stolley Park from 10am to 11am River Float from Stolley Park to West Leach Park from 11am to 2pm. Preregistration is required. Free Swim at the Spencer Family Aquatic Center from 12:30pm to 8:30pm. Spencer Municipal Band will perform at the East Leach Park Bandshell at 1pm.
