A fun-filled weekend is planned as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of this Spencer event. Friday night will feature the Meltdown. Teams will go against each other on this knockdown event. All proceeds raised from this will help offset the cost of a new police dog. Also TBA will perform, The Dance is "FREE" and open to public. Come on out and dance the night away. Jaycees will be in charge of the Festival Gardens!! Head on out to the fairgrounds for a very entertaining evening. Also on display is the University of Iowa Mobile Museum which will focus on 3 very different eras of Iowa History, Iowa's Ice Age Giants, Glenwood: Iowa's Ancient Agriculturists and Cornerstones: The founding of Iowa and the writing of our Constitution.
