Attendees will learn how to advocate for animals, how to work with state and local officials, why some organizations oppose stronger anti-cruelty laws, and what communities across the state are doing to protect pets. The event is free and open to the public. This event is hosting by the Humane Society of the United States, the Humane Society of Northwest Iowa, Best In Show Premier Pet Grooming LLC, and Arnold's Bark-ery & Grooming.
