Chef Jacques Bouli of Four de Marie will demonstrate how to create a classic tarte tatin - an inverted carmelized apple tart from start to finish, and explain the art of presentation and decoration. Participants will learn about the difference between American pastries adn authentic French patisserie. Jacques will share his journey in launching his own pastry business and how his art has developed ever since he began baking, notably as a monk in France. Scrumptious tarte tatin samples and a glass of sparkling wine included.
