FREE CARES 4th Annual Carnival on April 25, 2020, 11:00AM-2:30 PM @ Dickinson Co. Expo Bldg. in Spirit Lake to support Family Crisis Center (FCC) and the Center Against Abuse and Sexual Assault (CAASA). FCC provides services to victims (adults & children) of domestic violence and human trafficking in 17 Iowa counties, including Dickinson County & Emmet.
