5th Annual Fall Fest Children’s Carnival 11am – 1pm Arnolds Park Amusement Park Kids ages 12 and younger and their families are invited to the 5th Annual Fall Fest Children’s Carnival in Arnolds Park. The Roof Garden will host the carnival aspect of this fun-filled free family event while the lower park will be open (weather permitting) for your costumed ghouls and goblins to enjoy their favorite rides.
