This 5k trail run through Fort Defiance State Park is sure to be exciting! There will be heats depending upon ability. All ages and abilities are welcome. The last heat will be for joggers and walkers. There will be a few manmade obstacles and many fun natural obstacles. You will get dirty but you will have fun! NEW this year is a 1 mile obstacle fun run! This 1 mile is great for anyone who wants the fun of the obstacles only! For additional information on this event, contact the Estherville Chamber today!
