Alexandra Cousteau, globally known water quality advocate and granddaughter of famous oceanographer Jacques Cousteau, will deliver the keynote address at the Okoboji Blue Water Festival on August 10 in Preservation Plaza at the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. “This is a coup for the festival,” said event founder Greg Drees. “Alexandra’s mission fits our event’s focus perfectly, She will deliver a passionate speech.
